How do I access the money my customer used on my website with their Paypal account? They have a confirmation email, and the money has been taken out of their bank account. I did not have my Paypal account added at the time of purchase but I've since added my Paypal information to my website and have had another customer purchase with Paypal, yet the first customers money has not come through and continues to say pending. Is there a way to access the payment or should I refund them and have them reorder?
