There are limitatation to my Paypal account and I followed the instructions on Paypal for gettting those off. Alas there has been no sign in my bank account of withdrawel connected to checking my bank card, so I could not come up with a 4 digit code I was asked. Can I please have a receipt of some kind from Paypal that I can show my lokal bank, so they could trace it for me? Last time I asked them, they could not find any trace. HELP!
