Product returned, Lost package, case lost

Hello, I've ordered a product, that came not working correctly. So I opened a dispute ( seller, RokidAR , stopped to reply after a few chats), and PayPal told me to send the product back. I asked what if the seller refuses the package, agent told me verbatim "if the package is lost or refused, you'll still be refunded" Of course package has been Lost by Chinese customs, and even if I've provided Tracking number Bill for shipment, Picture of the package taken by the courrier Company Drop confirmation at post office They closed the case ... Now I'm without product, without refund, and out of 80$ for the shopping back... What Can I do ? Thanks

Think the agent may have been mistaken as its up to you to provide tracking to prove delivery / insurance if item lost.

However if you recorded that message or have it in an email then APPEAL telling them what has happened because as far as you were concerned you did everything asked of you and are now out item and money.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
