Processing to chek in credit card (thresold of paiement)

Paypal warned me that my paiements are about to reach the limit of 2500€, an therefore I have to check in my credit card. Processing to do so is indicated (go to my account, then click wallet, then follow indications). Problem : it simply doesn't do anything ! No indication at all... I tried strcitly many times. Paypal says "it happens" (sic) and suggests me to ask the community (I will make no comment about that). Can somebody help me ? Is it a common problem ?

Do you mean you want to add and confirm a credit card?

If so go to your paypal wallet and click add to add a card and then confirm it.

Thanks, but I don't want to add a new card. It is all about my present card, near reaching a total of 2500€ of Paypal paiements. PayPal asks me to check in in order to overcome this thresold, that's all. And the processing indicated doesn't work !
