Problem with transfering money

There is a problem with PayPal on their page. When I want to transfer money to my bank account it wants me to confirm it's me so it sends sms to my mobile phone (this step is new and it wasn't in past) so I write the code recieved to my mobile to the page and it writes me I was verified ok but it returns me again to the page for verifing the sms. I did it 6 times and I can't go to the next step. Some stupid IT has cycled over the proces so it's not possible to do next step and transfer money to my account. I did it every month over six years without problem and now it's not possible to transfer it. There is no way how to write or call to PayPay. The bigger company the more **bleep** their customers. What to do?

Why are you lying?? Why would be there 72 hours when

a) I do usual transfering money as I do every month

b) it verified me and it was ok

c) if there is some problem it would write me to wait 72 hours etc.

 

Your new web site is made **bleep**ing bad. Your IT programmers are stupid. They did it bad. I have tried it now after more than 72 hours and it makes the same stupid mistake - it wants me verify again and again although I was verified ok. Your PayPal services are very expensive and very bad because you are monopoly. Paying over 8 % fees + bad exchange rate means I work every year over one month just to pay you fees for transfering money and it doesn't work now. There are fees about 0,2 - 0,3 at paying cards from VISA or Mastercard in EU and your fees are over 40 times higher and for what??

I hate monopoly and the firms with stupid programmers who make web aplication without testing it from test men. You just wasting time and nerves of your customers!!

So it's almost a week and it doesn't work and you invalid programmers did nothing about it. I usually use browser Chrome and I tried to use Edge moments ago and it worked well. So how it's possible when I want to transfer my money in Chrome browser it wants me verify again and again and returns me to te same page but when I use Egde browser I can log in and transfer my money to my account without any verification?? Your programmers did something wrong!!

So one month has passed and I want to transfer money again. And there is the same problem! I can't transfer money to my account. Now it doesn't work in Chrome, Edge and even in Mozilla. I want my money on my account!!!

 

I even can't upload here the pictures because it writes me I have uploaded 10 pictures in 24 hours but it's not true. I tried to upload them here but there was some problems with uploading so I canceled it and tried it again. But it's not possible now.

 

**bleep** PALPAY IT!!!!!!!!!! International company with many billions revenue and you can't employ clever IT specialist???!? Why??? There is not possible to complain somewhere just on this **bleep**ing board.
