I have problem when I request money (5 dollars) from my friend from USA to try how paypal works, but when i send request to him (phone number) i get this mesage always "Sorry, there's a problem. Please try again later." Can you help me to now how to use paypal on correct way, or to explane me is there any problems with paypal. Savo
