Problem with receving money ond Paypall acount

Dear sir/madame I sent some money from Mobrog app ( doing survey for money ) on my Paypall and also I got refund from Amazon for weightscale , but I have never received that money on my paypall acount -i also did not received any email about those money transactions . I use Paypall normaly for online shopping and paying things,but I cant receive any money on Paypall. I have changed the place od living, I am in Germany now ( i was in Bosnia and Herzegovina when i registered my Paypall acc and email a long time ago ). I dont know could that be a problem ? I also cannot change place of living, language and TIME zone in acc setting - I dont know why . Can someone please help me to FIND my money 🙂 Thank You

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

Yes same me to I'm not send to money my family's and I received my money but I'm not accept
