Problem with my account

I'm trying to do a payment, but the system give me an error ("problem with your account"). I've money, I have credit card, I haven't any limit on my account, but it doesn't work. Thanks a lot for any suggestion. Leonardo

I'm sorry to know that you are concerned about the payment declined.
I would request you to please click here on to know the possible reasons of payment declined and to fix the issue.
