Problem receiving

Hey I've been having problems receiving money from outside my country (eygpt) when the person try and send me money it say "can't complete transaction due to regulations" .please if anyone knows how to fix this tell me pls

I did all the requirements!! And it's still not working!! I confirmed my master credit card,should i link a visa then or is the master credit card is okay?

@kernowlass Yes i did!! and i also searched if a master credit card was okay in eygpt ,and it was!!you can search on google if you want to see for yourself. So if there's any other solutions please let me know.

Well I gave you the solution on how to receive funds which is in section 1. If you want to ignore that then no problem.

@kernowlass I'm sorry i didn't mean to come of as ignorant or rude , thank you for your advice it's just that i don't have a visa and wanted to know if a master is okay since the post you linked me is from 2014 and the Mastercard eygpt paypal acceptance is from 2018 so i thought i can manage a master instead of a visa,sorry again and thanks for your advice.
