Problem paying with an Ebay gift card

Hi :

I receive two Ebay gift cards , but when I try to use them I receive a message that reads "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option ". I verify the balance and is complete, I enter the code in check out and it was accepted , but when I press the confirm and pay button , every time I receive the same message. This are physical Ebay gift card that my wife bought in Walgreen yesterday. Any help ???
