Hello. I am being asked by paypal to pay £320.12 to refund a customer that I received £165 from(£159.91 after paypal fee). Wondering if anybody knows why this is happening? My account has a -£159.91 balance now because the customer opened a paypal case but I don't understand why I'm being asked to pay £320.12 to issue the refund instead of £159.91 or £165.
