Preliminary PAYPAL debit not removed from bank account

Hello,

I made a purchase to iMusic 12 days ago. Now, the usual Paypal preliminary payment (Prel PAYPAL*) of 1675 SEK was debited from my bank account that day. 

Now the payment of 1675 SEK was debited again 5 days ago with the vendor's name beside it (PAYPAL *iMusic) and the products received yesterday. I contacted the vendor who told me that it may be a Paypal error. 

What do I need to do to remove this Prel PAYPAL* from my bank account?

I went to the bank directly and they solved it. Prel Paypal should disappear once the payment went through... Paypal needs to look into this. I won't be using the services that often, that is for sure. Case closed.
