Possible scammers

Hi, I’m now being told I have to send $8 because I’m in the UK and they’re not… I have also been told I have to pay a conversion fee because I’m not in the US and the reason is because they’re paying from a business account… is this true or are they trying to scam me?

Total 100% scam.

Sellers do not pay anything upfront to receive funds, any payment is auto deducted by paypal automatically and the remainder credited to your paypal account balance.
