Hello, I really need help! I have changed my country in my Apple ID to download a game from another country, which obviously removed my Paypal account because it would be a different currency. Now I’ve changed it back to my old one and it should be the same now, but when I try to add Paypal back as my Payment method it says “ Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay”. Please help me.

Did you remove it as a form of payment or did PayPal remove it.  If it was removed by PayPal, then your account is limited because it detected a change of country.  You will have to contact PayPal support and re-verify yourself and your bank.

When dealing with PayPal, do not change your information from the base settings unless you switch addresses or the like. Changing your information to another country will cause an instant limitation to your account due to the fact PayPal would detect it as a possible hack to your account.
