Pending payments- how to mark service/ virtual product?

I had to open a new PayPal account recently and I've had quite a lot of payments within the first month so I understand why money has been put into pending/ on hold.

But for most of these they were for services/ virtual products so the clients already have them, but I can't seem to find an option for this. I can only add tracking information as if it's a physical item.

Has anyone had a similar thing or knows how I can update these so the money gets released earlier? Some were paid via invoices, and some send as goods and services money.

I have gone through this, but when I go into a payment which is pending/ on hold there isn't an option to update the order status and select service or intangible item. I only have the option to add tracking info, but there's no tracking info as no physical item was sent. There's also nothing that says 'get your money' to allow me to pick 'service or virtual product'.

That's why I am stuck as to what to do
