How do I accept a pending payment? No settings option to accept

Have you confirmed your email address and verified your paypal account?

Have you added the currency you are accepting as a receiving currency in your paypal wallet? You can't accept the ZAR.

Thanks for the reply. I have klnked everyting and have had a Paypal payment before from a different country. Thsi one is in Euros from Turkey - invoice is in Euros so I am not sure where the issue is.

Hmmm thats odd, paypal is not available or supported in Turkey, so the issue could be that they are trying to use another countries paypal account which of course would cause issues.
