Pending payment

My payment from the rewards store of 10$ is pending for more than a month. I got mail from PayPal that if I do not go to the resolution center and do my KYC it will resend the payment to my rewards store. But, still I did not get credited in my rewards store not in PayPal account. I got my payments afterwards but not that first one. Please do something and i request you to please approve my payment as soon as possible.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
