I was trying to buy a 16 dollar rank for a minecraft server and my card would not go through. So I linked my card to paypal and tried from there but then it started saying check my balance even though I knew I had enough on the card. I then gave up and decided to check the balance on the card a couple of days later. I did not order anything for 10 dollars and I have got no email about this order. I want to cancel this pending payment but I dont know how.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
