Hey there, new to using this so apologies if the question is silly. I’ve ordered something through PayPal credit which costs just under £2500. It says the correct amount on the app. However when I use pay website the amount is doubled and the payment won’t go through. I believe this is down to this difference in values. What should I do
Value of the item is £2500. On my PayPal app it says that the amount requested is £2500. However, if I call to enquire about the transaction it says the amount is £5000. It also says £5000 on PayPal.com (not the app)
