I tried preordering bf 2042 on ea origin. I used paypal as payment method but there was error during the process. And now I have 3 times the same order and all 3 are payment pending. I tried asking EA help center but they aren't helpful. Now I tried to cancel the orders because I don't want 3 copies. But I can't find anything about the payment on Paypal. So I can't cancel it on paypal.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
