Pending payment (Sent)

Hello,

Today I've subscribed to BeinSports streaming services and paid with my debit card through PayPal, my bank account was debited by the amount but the payment is pending, I called the streaming service and they said the same thing, the subscription is active but the payement is on hold, so I want to know why is PayPal blocking my money and preventing me from getting the service I paid for, this is a huge waste of time for me.

I tried using the resolution centre to contact PayPal but no option is available to do so, so a case was opened, but I can't see how is this going to help me since it says that I am awaiting a response from the service provider which I already contacted!!! This is a problem within the PayPal system, not from the service provider that did not receive the money in the first place!!!!

These kinds of problems are uncalled for I am really frustrated with the service for the first time in more than 9 years!!!

If the order status is "Pending", your order has been received by the seller, but your payment has not yet been processed.

For most purchases, the seller will complete the payment within a few days of receiving the order. For purchases of goods, many sellers will complete the payment when they are ready to ship your purchase. For some purchases, such as services, rentals, or hotel stays, the seller will complete the payment after your purchase is fully delivered.

The status of an order will continue to display as pending until it expires, is completed, or has been voided.
