Pending money

Hello,

I paid money on the Subaru Parts website and after 2 days they canceled the order on their end but the PayPal transfer is on hold and saying: "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Subaru of El Cajon completes your order."   I did the payment on the 19th of July. I'm writing emails to that store but they aren't answering me or refunding my money back. I'm reporting that it's a problem on PayPal but it's giving me error. What can I do to receive my money back?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
