Hello! I have a pending payment, I added the shipping info I'd be able to receive the money within one day but that didn't happen and I'm still waiting.

I understand that you would like to know about the payment which is on hold in your account. Yes, funds would release only after 24 hours from the time the item is delivered to the buyer. For Goods and Service payments, this is how the process works. Until we get the confirmation that the buyer has received the product, the funds will not be released. It is just to make sure that the safe business is being run through PayPal.
