I sent money to my friend on 12-3-22, she can't retrieve it and PayPal won't return my money. I contacted support but they have not helped. They stated the transaction went through, although she cannot get it. I'm sure they can see that the money is still there.
If you used the friends/family option to send the funds and its marked as SENT and not pending or unclaimed then it has successfully completed through to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open Paypal account.
So if she can't access it she would need to contact customer services to help her regain access and collect the funds.

Thank you for your reply. I will tell her to contact them again. When she contacted them previously, they stated the money was there, transaction was complete and they didn't do anything to help her access it.
