Paypal withdrawal problem- Bank says all good.

I've been trying to withdraw my money from PayPal for last two days but I just got message, Failed, no further explanation or anything.

 

What I have done is I've reached to my bank and asked do I have problem there , after checking they said everything good at their side. 

Desperate tries to reach to PayPal support, I've open transaction dispute in hope I will just reach to anyone like that, they just closed dispute because its not dispute. I've sent message to PayPal but they never reply to my message ( Last message from 13 Aug, still waiting reply ). 

Tried to call PayPal from my country where phone rates are insane when calling outside no answer.

Reached to facebook/messenger but there seems to be some bugged chat which doesn't understand anything.

 

Are their any other official way to contact PayPal to get my problem solved. Been using PayPal for 15 years and never had issue like this.

Should withdraw via a credit visa card in your country OR U.S bank account.

 

Read this link as you are in one of the affected countries.

Thank you for your fast answer. I'm related to Bosnia & Herzegovina , i didn't changed card since last withdraw, every month few times I've been receiving money.

 

By other's experience , will PayPal take a look into my account and give any kind of explanation.

 

On one side I have bank which says "everything is ok, here we see you have been receiving money every month."

I just need some kind of confirmation from PayPal that it's not related to their end so I can pass the answer to bank once again.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Hi, I have exactly same issue here in Czechia....withdrawal seems to be impossible here.

They keep telling us about some sort of technical issue but ut´s still not fixed. Have you received any answer or money?
