I am trying to transfer money to my bank account from my paypal balance and I keep getting a message that says to confirm my identity. Mind you, I have made a multitude of transfers before, but for some reason out of nowhere it is asking me to confirm my identity. And then when I try to do so the app either crashes or says I am not me. The system says my face does not match my face on my ID. How can I fix this?
