In June I made a transfer from my Paypal account to my own (linked) bank account.
The transaction is marked as "completed" in my Paypal activity, but the money never arrived in my bank account. My bank says they have no record of any transaction or attempted transaction whatsoever.
Paypal has not been any help, either. They say that the transaction is complete from their side and any problem is not theirs.
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
