Paypal to Gcash Cash-in Not Reflecting

Paypal to Gcash Cash-in Not Reflecting and No Transaction History on Paypal But Got Deducted in Paypal.

I am concerned about my cash-in transaction here in GCash. It completed on PayPal, but why is there no history or transaction record in GCash? Please fix this. I cashed in big amount, but I didn't receive it in my other GCash account. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
