Paypal supposedly refunded to my credit card over 30 days ago. My CC has not received the refund. Who is responsible for tracing where Paypal sent the refund. I'm getting the run around for over a month. I have screenshots of all transactions from all three companies involved. Seller, Paypal and Credit Card. It is simply a buy, a refund to Paypal and a refund to my Credit Card. So many problems with Paypal. If I get my refund, I'm done.

In this case, I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message. I hope this can be sorted out soon.
