I'm trying to send a payment to an email address and getting "Funding source isn't available". It doesn't say why or what to do to make it available again. I have no problem with any of the sources and can use them directly. Also I don't have that problem when paying with paypal for ebay purchases. How to fix that? Unsurprisingly paypal support don't have a clue.
