Paypal rejected an unauthorized transaction

A purchase was made on my account which I did not authorize no one had access to my account neither family nor friends I know someone got into my account because also on my facebook someone wrote to my friends asking to borrow money, I reported the matter to paypal, paypal promptly rejected my claim why? then i wrote to paypal support for a cancellation I was told to go to the police I reported the matter to the police I got a police report which I sent to paypal they attached it to my cancellation but again i got an email that the transaction was authorized i don't understand why what should i do to get my stolen money back very please the purchase was made to a different address several hundred kilometers away from my apartment and in a different name I wanted to go to that address but I'm very afraid I might get hurt I don't know what to do paypal doesn't want to help me and I need to get my money back What else can I do very please help in my case please help me

Please tell me what to do if paypal doesn't want to help me then I want to get a document confirming that the transaction was not unauthorized I want to take it to the police so that they take care of the case if paypal doesn't want to help me, I know there is paypal buyer protection but no one wants to help me and take advantage of this protection
