Paypal on laptop (windows 11) - no Friends & Family option.

There is no Goods & Services/Friends & Family choice when ordering a payment on the computer. How to fix this? (living in Brazil so Xoom not an option)

The friends/family option is not available in every country unfortunately.

just to follow up ... so I assume as I'm in Brazil the F&F option doesn't exist here ... but if I send a personal payment to a friend overseas using the Products & Services option ... I know the money will be held in the recipient's account initially ... but will it be released after a certain time?
