Paypal not transferring money

Each time I try to transfer money to my bank account, it gives me an error of: Right now we're unable to transfer funds to your account. Or: Sorry we couldn't confirm it is you. Kindly fix that error, I want to withdraw some cash

This is happening to me as well, on a verified / no limit card. Has this been resolved for you?
