Paypal not processing transaction with my card

My card is enabled for international transactions still getting this message from paypal, "To use this card, enable it for international transactions or choose another card".

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues using your card with PayPal. If you're still receiving this error, we'd normally recommend reaching out to your bank or debit / credit card company to make sure it is indeed enabled for international transactions. If when you reach out to them and they confirm the card is enabled properly, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
