Paypal not connecting to App Store

I can't connect my paypal to my iTunes store. It just says "This payment method can't be used with the iTunes store." But I could use it before. I contacted apple but they said theres nothing wrong on their end. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @pennywiggle,

 

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues connecting your PayPal and iTunes. Have you updated your funding sources on your PayPal account recently? I might recommend checking your debit / credit cards on your account to make sure they are up-to-date and confirmed if necessary. That normally does the trick.
