Paypal has not refunded my money for 1 month

I bought something on October 8th. Paid paid was on hold from the first day and the site did not accept the payment, paypal did not cancel it itself, so I waited 30 days for the cancellation. My order was canceled after 30 days, but paypal was supposed to refund the money to my card from that date, but they didn't refund it. I have been waiting for my money to be refunded for about 3 months since today. Please help.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
