Paypal freeze my money

Hello, I sold an item on ebay and I can't use my money because they are freezed. How can I get them into account? Thanks.

Funds pending as in an echeque with a clearance date?

Funds on hold as per the new seller hold?

Account limitation?

It's cause I'm new seller on ebay. I'm waiting for 6 days and I need those money for someting. After July 11 are there money nothing for me.
