Paypal doesn't want to refund me

I bought two orders in temu and canceled it for other reasons, the payment method I paid through Paypal, it said the exact date that Paypal was going to refund me ,But I see that they never reimbursed me, in my Paypal account it appears green that "according to Paypal" they have reimbursed me, but that is not the case, I already checked my bank account,I paid through the debit card with Paypal, I see in my bank account that I did not receive the refund, it is as if Paypal had kept my money, does anyone know how to contact them.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
