Today I received money, and paypall charged me big fee amount. Thaey didn't charged this before. Does anyone knows why?

Fees are in paypals user agreement for your country.

I looked, it doesn't sam anything. They didn't inform us abortus that. It is not the first time i received the money this year

If you are selling goods/services and receiving payments then you pay a fee.

Yes it does say what fees you pay in every countries paypal accounts user agreement.
