Paypal charged money before my order at Rockville was finished. As i couldnt finish my order there, they took my money anyway. So no purchase, or order was made, but money was taken by paypal. In my bank acc they took the money, but still shows as reserved. Contacted Rockville , they said, they cant do anything, because there are no order nummber.
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I see that you are concerned about the payment taken from your bank account before the completion of the order. If the order has not been placed, the transaction might be pending in your bank account. If the transaction is pending in your account, it will be expired automatically within a short period of time. You can also contact the merchant and ask them to cancel the pending transaction from their PayPal account. Please refer to the link.
