Paypal automatically reversed the transaction of one customer. How to get dispute?

As the title suggests. One out of three transactions from a customer has been reversed without notification whatsoever. When we informed the customer about it, they contacted Paypal support then the support said WE are the one who initiated a refund. I don't know why would paypal lie about it. Can anyone please help us?
