Paypal as payment method on running Facebook ad?

I'm trying to run Facebook ad and use Paypal as payment method. but it says "We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later." Come someone help me with this one? Thanks

Hi @IanPalita, 

Sorry to hear of the trouble setting up pre-approved payments. 

A pre-approved payment requires a card is used as the payment method. Do you have a card linked to your PayPal account? If yes, it's possible our internal security system is blocking the pre-approved payment from being created. If our security system detects any form of risk, it will block the transaction from processing. Usually, allowing a full 48 hours to pass before trying again resolves any issues.
