Paypal account doesn't receive money.

My Paypal started not to receive money when I once logged out and checked my old PayPal account which I can no longer find. After that, I was not able to receive money again.

Have you checked the resolution centre for any limitations?

If none then you may have to reach out to customer services for advice on account issues.
