Hello, I recently sold a shirt through Depop and the payment got directed to my paypal. However, my paypal is “unverified” and I CANNOT provide a photo id. If i do not provide this, will my payment still be released after 21 days? I can’t even issue a refund and I have no idea what to do. Even if i do get the payment will i even be able to take it out of paypal? Can I contact them to cancel the transaction, is there anything I can do at all??
If the payment is not showing on your paypal account and is not in your balance and you do not verify your account then the payment should show as unclaimed on the senders side and time out and return to them at 30 days if still unclaimed.
