I encountered error in transfering paypal money to my gcash acct.It always says "Sorry, your cash in via Paypal cannot be processed due to a Paypal system error. Please try again after a few hours." Does anyone experience the same? And how did you resolve it? Because it seems like paypal is running ok but only transferring paypal to gcash is kind of difficult now
