How do i refund my paypal balance cause im having some issue that i cant link my bank account anymore cause from what ive heard in this forum that i have maybe reached the maximum limit to linking a bank account. i still have balance on my account so i wanna refund it to put it on my bank again. i haven’t contacted support yet cause it says no agent available to help.
