Paypal Balance is 0 in Gcash

I am having a problem with Paypal Link with Gcash. It shows 0 PHP on my Paypal balance on the GCash app even though I have a balance on my Paypal account (in PHP). Its been like this for a while now and I've seen some people having the same issue but it is not being addressed on the GCash or Paypal end.
