In your country, you have to link a Visa card and select the Visa card as the account to withdrawal money to! You also cannot add money to PayPal balance at all or spend the money received in the PayPal balance! Money in the PayPal balance must be withdrawn automatically once every month by PayPal for free or manually for $5.00 fee. Link a card and use card to pay at PayPal Checkout instead!
