Payments on hold until delivery is confirmed. I am selling online services that require no shipping

I am new to PayPal Business and my sales just kicked off. I am offering online services that require no physical shipping to customers. I create invoices using the PayPal Business mobile application and share them with customers for payments. Afterward, I update the order status to "Shipped" with no tracking information. I have no clue if I am following the correct approach for online services however, I ended up having my payments on hold until the order delivery is confirmed "You have recently updated your shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery."

I do really need your help to release my payments.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Thank you for your advice. My PayPal account is based in Kuwait. Appreciate if you could help me release my funds as it is pending delivery confirmation.
