Payments impossible

Hello I can't pay a merchant with my paypal account.Has my account any limitations?

No idea, your best bet is to check in the message and resolution centres.

However I do see you have a paypal account registered in Cyprus so can you confirm you live in that country?

Yes, I am living in Cyprus. I just checked it again but the problem still remains on my PC.

Is it just that one merchant, have you had issues paying other sellers?

If not then is that merchant in the same country as you and ships to your country?
